EventXtra

Established in 2014, Hong Kong-based Startup “EventXtra”, is dedicated to providing a one-stop event management software solution to event organizers and participants, including coordination, interactive experience and data analysis etc. EventXtra has provided services to over 100 countries and regions, successfully organized over 5,000 events and received over 3million attendees. EventXtra was also well-recognized as one of the startups on the list of “Forbes 30 Under 30” in 2020. This was a project-based client where our major services included PR and event management.  We introduced the new concept－“Virtual Exhibition”, moving large-scale offline events to online to media and sent out invites for this virtual event launch to our media database.
